You should have: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns The role involves: • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting 2+ years on the tools preferred.
