Fitter on the line — Russell County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fitter on the line in Russell County, Kansas. You will be based in a packaging and assembly workshop. You should have: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Careful handling of tools and components Day-to-day duties: • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts • Apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $4,300 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
