Now hiring: we are hiring a fitter on the line in Taylor County, Kentucky. The job is at a busy assembly plant. Requirements: • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Careful handling of tools and components The role involves clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses; fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards.
