Production welder • Merced County, California

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a production welder in Merced County, California. You will be based at an automobile body shop. Ideal candidate: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings Day to day you will clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $140 per day, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
