Gas appliance installer — Lisburn and Castlereagh

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas appliance installer in Lisburn and Castlereagh, Northern Ireland. The job is at a busy gas installation company. On a typical shift you will locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Driving licence for travel between sites At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
