Single needle operator wanted in Lac qui Parle County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a single needle operator in Lac qui Parle County, Minnesota. You will work at a busy garment factory. Day-to-day duties: • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line Ideal candidate: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $3,600 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
