Ideal candidate: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork Day to day you will apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour.
