Refrigeration installation technician • Livingston County, Kentucky

Now hiring: we are hiring a refrigeration installation technician in Livingston County, Kentucky. You will be based in an HVAC service company. On the job you will handle: • Pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch Ideal candidate: • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
