Puncture repair technician • Travis County, Texas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a puncture repair technician in Travis County, Texas. You will work at a roadside mobile fitting unit. Day to day you will vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres; balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights; handle truck and bus tyres, including split-rim assemblies; remove and refit hub caps and locking wheel nuts; check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of correct torque settings and TPMS resets • A good eye for tread wear and sidewall damage • Comfortable working outdoors and in all weathers Rotating shifts.
