Reinforcement steel fixer — Cottle County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Cottle County, Texas. You will be based on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. The role involves install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors. Ideal candidate: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites Pay around $2,700 per month, based on your experience.
