Lift maintenance fitter wanted in Lyon County

Join our team: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Lyon County, Kansas. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota Day-to-day duties: • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
