On the job you will handle: • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool Ideal candidate: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Able to pass a weld test on the spot Part-time with flexible hours.
