You should have: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish On the job you will handle: • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line Six days a week, one day off.
