Lift maintenance fitter — Johnson County

Join our team: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Johnson County, Illinois. You will be based on a lift modernisation project. Requirements: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring Day to day you will install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
