Paint booth operator wanted in Aberdeenshire

We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. Day to day you will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
