The role involves straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer. You should have: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines Full-time, day shift.
