Join our team: we are hiring a dough maker in Alexander County, North Carolina. Day to day you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off.
