Car painter wanted in Vale of Glamorgan

Great opportunity: we are hiring a car painter in Vale of Glamorgan, Wales. Your main tasks: • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper Requirements: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns £13 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
