You should have: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Day-to-day duties: • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
