Now hiring: we are hiring a gas pipe fitter in Williams County, North Dakota. The job is in customers' homes and kitchens. The role involves install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves; set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
