What we are looking for: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety On a typical shift you will change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing.
