Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Winona County, Minnesota. Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate On a typical shift you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings.
