Earthmoving equipment operator wanted in Story County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Story County, Iowa. You will be based at a busy earthworks site. On a typical shift you will cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; refuel the machine and record running hours; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
