Now hiring: fitter on the line (Vermont)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fitter on the line in Rutland County, Vermont. The job is at an automotive parts factory. What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets On a typical shift you will snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses; apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor; carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
