Powder coater wanted in Pickens County

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coater in Pickens County, Alabama. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. Day to day you will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience.
