LGV Class 1 driver wanted in Cheatham County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a LGV Class 1 driver in Cheatham County, Tennessee. The role involves reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays; secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars; report defects and book the unit in for servicing; check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards; couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock. What we are looking for: • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements • Confident with manual handling and load securing • Current Driver CPC qualification card At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
