Automotive technician • Val Verde County, Texas

Vacancy available: we are hiring an automotive technician in Val Verde County, Texas. You will be based at an authorised dealership workshop. What we are looking for: • At least 2 years' hands-on experience as a car mechanic • Comfortable working in inspection pits and on ramps • ITI / NVQ Level 3 qualification in motor vehicle maintenance On the job you will handle: • Replace exhaust systems and catalytic converters • Bleed the brake hydraulic lines and check pad wear • Carry out suspension and steering repairs • Read fault codes and clear them after the repair Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
