Pastry baker wanted in Bollinger County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pastry baker in Bollinger County, Missouri. You will be based at a cake shop. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics On the job you will handle: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
