Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Kiowa County, Oklahoma. Day-to-day duties: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Part-time with flexible hours.
