Urgent requirement: heavy equipment operator (Kogi State)

Now hiring: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Dekina, Kogi State. You will work in an open-cast mine. What we are looking for: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures Day-to-day duties: • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment 6+ years on the tools preferred.
