What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • 2+ years experience working as a butcher On a typical shift you will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled.
