Groundsman wanted in Red Lake County

Now hiring: we are hiring a groundsman in Red Lake County, Minnesota. Day-to-day duties: • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers • Sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs What we are looking for: • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Happy to work outdoors in all weather • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish 5+ years on the tools preferred. $5,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
