The role involves top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
