Immediate opening: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Lowndes County, Georgia. Day-to-day duties: • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules Ideal candidate: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Part-time with flexible hours.
