The role involves apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Good eye for colour matching and blending • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
