Toolroom milling operator wanted in Jackson County

Join our team: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Jackson County, Kentucky. The role involves: • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges You should have: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
