Urgent requirement: formwork carpenter (New York)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Schuyler County, New York. Your main tasks: • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters What we are looking for: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking 5+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $3,400 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
