Now hiring: we are hiring a picker-packer in Yakutat City and Borough, Alaska. You will work at a third-party logistics (3PL) depot. What we are looking for: • Confident using handheld scanners and a WMS • Able to stand and walk for long shifts on your feet • Strong attention to detail to avoid mis-picks Day-to-day duties: • Report damaged or short-dated goods to the supervisor • Pick orders from racking using a handheld scanner and pick list • Load and unload lorries and containers by hand or with a pallet truck • Wrap pallets with stretch film and apply shipping labels • Weigh and measure parcels for courier collection • Operate a counterbalance or reach forklift to move pallets Full-time, day shift. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
