Great opportunity: rebar installer (Virginia)

Join our team: we are hiring a rebar installer in Northampton County, Virginia. On a typical shift you will form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors. Requirements: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
