We are recruiting: sand plant operator (Idaho)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Clark County, Idaho. The job is in a non-ferrous casting shop. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding You will apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities. Six days a week, one day off. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
