Now hiring: we are hiring an AC mechanic in Orange County, Vermont. You will be based at a refrigeration and cooling firm. Requirements: • Able to handle refrigerant safely and aware of F-Gas rules • 2+ years hands-on split and cassette AC installation experience • Can read electrical and piping schematics The role involves install ducting, grilles and VRF/VRV branch boxes; core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping; commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow; run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
