Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Maricopa County, Arizona. You will work at a fast-food outlet. On a typical shift you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift.
