Scullery hand wanted in Dawes County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in Dawes County, Nebraska. The job is at a banquet hall. You will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
