Captain waiter • Larue County, Kentucky

We are recruiting: we are hiring a captain waiter in Larue County, Kentucky. You will work in a café. You should have: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Day to day you will greet guests, seat them and present the menu; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
