Immediate opening: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. You will be based in lofts and crawl spaces. Requirements: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing Day to day you will seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience.
