Join our team: we are hiring a dogger in Cumberland County, New Jersey. You will work at a power plant. Day to day you will check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; read lift plans and method statements before starting; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams Full-time with occasional weekends.
