We are recruiting: powder coating technician (Iowa)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Winnebago County, Iowa. You will work at a powder coating unit. On a typical shift you will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Willing to work shifts and overtime Rotating shifts.
