Urgent requirement: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Charlevoix County, Michigan. Requirements: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service The role involves: • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
