Fabricator-welder wanted in Schleicher County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Schleicher County, Texas. The job is at a pipe-fitting and pressure-vessel shop. The role involves back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding. Requirements: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
