Immediate opening: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Clinton County, Illinois. The job is on commercial flat-roof projects. The role involves seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding; hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater. Requirements: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
